The hotel rooms, while spacious and with a lovely balcony view, appeared a bit dated with a shower room reminiscent of the 1980s and a stale smell. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to key attractions. The dining offered a good variety of foods, although not reaching the expected luxurious experience. Facilities were satisfactory, without additional comments on specific amenities.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms with a double bathroom and overlooking the chapel come with a surcharge but are well-equipped. On the other hand, rooms in a less favorable location lacked privacy and were not up to standard. The service is exceptional, reflecting the 5-star status with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers stunning sea views and spacious rooms with good-size bathrooms. The service is seamless, and the location is perfect for exploring with lots of great restaurants nearby. However, the room safe is too small for valuables, and the presence of noisy children can be disruptive.
